This initial launch of CHEBEL's larger moonshot project
has evolved over many iterations and pivots as a result of initial acceptance as a
Round 1 Start-Up Chile Entrepreneur (2011).
Together with 1st ever Chilean entrepreneurial administrators,
alongside our own projects, Round 1 notably
iterated with the Chileans what is now regarded as the largest incubator network in the world.

I learned viscerally that the majority of the world's population has never
been 'given permission' to dream. My dream is: to communicate across

During Round 1 START-UP CHILE (SUP), an American working
for SUP as Business Development Officer, introduced us to
each other via email. Jen being a
good friend of Andres then working as the
VP of Communications and Environmental Press
at CODELCO Norte.
Suddenly, the impossible became possible, and I moved to Calama, Chile
and started my needfinding, and systems requirements analysis in earnest.
As a result, I have lived in Calama, Chile for over two years, and in LATAM for over five.
I have personally experienced the degradation to my health of living
in a copper smelter town and region. Pollution streams unreported
along the western Andes. Oh well -- copper rules. But wait! The Chileans are awakening
to the preciousness of their vast ecosystems found in The Atacama and Patagonia.
It was in Calama that I met my forever committed co-Founder, Andres Correa.
He is a dedicated design thinker with a background opposite of mine:
years working in corporate Chile, born in Berkeley during parental exile,
and respectful and agile of long term timelines and their achievement
regardless of ongoing political hurdles, patient to the bone.

Mine Tailings.
Codelco's Mine Tailings are the size of Manhattan Island (65 skm).
We are very close to our a 1st contract to demonstrate an applied gas plasma
technology to Codelco's Talabre. We have engineered for their full recovery.
And by doing so, we will be able to redefine the legal definition of 'mine closure'
forever changing what is acceptable for the ~4000= mine tailings worldwide
that are contaminating untold water acquifers, water supplies and much much more.

an innovative institute that will mimic Stanford's Product Realization Lab in Calama, Chile.
It is to be called: Institute for Integrated Deep Ecology & Solmaxion Engineering (I2DEASOLE).
We are seeking a large grant from The Foundation for Deep Ecology at this time to fully
support this evolution of regional machinists and 'already inventors'
such that Calama can become the Innovative Hub of LATAM. Yes, the whole of LATAM.
You have to go there to grasp its power, inspiration, and foreshadows of our future
as the 21st century basecamp for launching the 3rd Great Age of Exploration to the Galaxies.
