AMICAL is the small miners cooperative of Antofagasta, provincia El Loa, Region II of Chile. AMICAL operates small mines in and around this Atacamian region of Chile that is steward of the world's largest copper veins and associated natural resources which include gold, molybdenum, iron, magnesium and rare earths. AMICAL's members are experienced miners working a multidude of small mines of great value to both local and regional economies in addition to the world copper market. Clean Copper Supply Chain Alliance, pbc, via its RDT&E subsidiary, IDEASOLE-Chile, SpA are working cooperatively to leverage AMICAL's braintrust and small mineral reserves as its Field Research Laboratory for achieving Zero Emission, Zero Waste processes for next generation mining extraction, production, and refining processes. CCuSCA and IDEASOLE are privileged to work with the AMICAL Chilean Mineros. Their organization and innovative spirit, alongside access to varying ore types, samples, and environmental situations provide for excellent design think and advanced engineering prototyping opportunities. We anticipate the first 100% Clean Copper will come forth from AMICAL small mines collective.
