Clean Copper Supply Chain Alliance, pbc (CCuSCA) is a privately held shareholder Delaware Public Benefits Corporation dedicated to the transformation of copper mining to Zero Net Energy, Zero Waste. There can be no Circular Economy until copper mining is transformed (1) to operate on solar & hydrogen, only and (2) mine closure as a unit process is redefined by the industry as full recovery in real time of dreg elements, contaminants and water, including the manufacture of saleable product from contaminated industrial sludges. We know this can be done. In order to see it implemented, we have created CCuSCA because the full voice of the mid and downstream will be necessary to herald change at the mines and their board rooms.
We introduce four 'operators' conceived as an Apollo-esque engine for achieving a Moonshot Fossil Fuel Free Alt-Supply Chain & hemispheric LINC WAY supply chain transport system within the decade. These four operative components are wholly owned subsidiaries designed to showcase Clean Copper™'s ability to usher in a 21st century industrial revolution based on Copper, Solar & Hydrogen (vs. the manneristic Internet of Things, i.e. more of the same, hardly a revolution):
Clean Copper Mining, Minerals & Manufacturing, plc - A new kind of mining company dedicated to Clean Copper based on:
- Solar & Hydrogen only unit industrial process & a revised definition of 'mine closure'
- Mineral Exploration constrained by Natural Capital Spatial Planning for yielding 1st ever GAAP & IFRS bookable 'Firm Owned Ecosystem Services' FOxES™ assets. These are designed to compete with the Carbon Tax both in fast tracking a Fossil Fuel Free economy and as an alternative technology solution to The Carbon Tax (a license to pollute)..
- Manufacturing at the mine (1) to create new jobs to replace those lost to mine closures and automation, (2) to leverage existing solar & hydrogen in situ, and (3) leverage regional mining districts to become the world's 1st Solar & Hydrogen Economies.
Clean Copper Development Bank, Inc. - A new kind of development bank that is owned by Allied Members that chose to join and that are a subset of the global supply chain. We argue the copper in the chain is the metal collateral backing a new kind of decentralized development bank.
